Here are the five steps:
1 – This step will make you completely accountable for reaching your goal. If you skip it, you’ll be in the same place you are right now in a year. So, here we go…
Get out your calendar (right now) and schedule a two to three hour block of time (within the next 2 weeks) to focus on developing your marketing strategy for 2012. Title it: 2021 Marketing Strategy
2 – During this first session, determine what strategies (online, offline or both) your will expand and implement in the next 12 to 18 months. Be as detailed as possible and identify what you will continue to do, what you will eliminate from your current plan and also identify the new strategies you will put into place. Include in this session your budget however do not worry about the implementation timeline.
